Wendy Faith Coaching | Trauma Informed Business Coach

What if the hardest part of building your business isn't knowing what to do?

You know how to help other people move forward. You can ask thoughtful questions, spot patterns, hold space when someone is overwhelmed, and help clients make decisions they’ve been avoiding for months.

Then you close Zoom and somehow forty-five minutes disappear while you’re researching email platforms, tweaking your website, or wondering whether your offer needs one more revision before anyone sees it.

It’s a strange contradiction: the business needs your attention, but suddenly everything except the business starts feeling important.

I spent years assuming that meant I needed a better system, more discipline, or another marketing strategy. 25+ years later, I know I was trying to solve the wrong problem.

The Mandala Path grew out of one simple observation.

Most business programs teach strategy. Most personal growth work helps you understand yourself.

Very little helps you bring those two together.

You can know exactly how to price your work and still freeze before sending the email.

You can understand your attachment style and still have no idea why one part of you wants to raise your rates while another is quietly preparing to apologize for them.

You can have a great marketing plan and still disappear the moment visibility starts feeling risky.

The problem wasn’t always that I needed more business information. It was that nobody had taught me what to do when different parts of me fundamentally disagreed about what should happen next.

That became the foundation of the Mandala Path.

Business Coaching for Coaches - the Mandala Path

Here’s the work of the Mandala Path:

We start by rebuilding your relationship with yourself, because strategy is hard to trust when you’ve quietly stopped trusting the person making the decisions.

From there, you’ll learn how to recognize the different internal roles influencing your business, create one clear offer, have client conversations that feel honest instead of performative (or downright dangerous), build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it, and develop a visibility strategy that fits who you are instead of who the internet thinks you should become.

Every week builds on the one before it. And by the end of six weeks, you won’t just have more information.

You’ll have a practical framework for returning to yourself when the hard moments arrive, and a business that’s been designed with that reality in mind.

What we’ll cover over 6 weeks

Week 1 • Have Your Own Back

Before we build your business, we’ll rebuild your relationship with yourself. Learn to recognize when you’ve quietly left your own side under pressure and develop practical ways to return without relying on shame or willpower.

Week 2 • Meet Your Inner Advisory Board

Understand the different parts of you that influence your business decisions, and learn how to lead them instead of letting them quietly take over. You’ll also leave with a practical Unfreeze process for the moments when you get stuck.

Week 3 • Create One Clear Offer

Stop endlessly refining your ideas and create one clear offer you can confidently talk about. We’ll simplify your message and help you move from planning into real conversations.

Week 4 • Conversations to Clients

Learn a consent-based approach to client conversations that feels honest, natural, and aligned with your values. No pressure. No persuasion. Just thoughtful conversations that help people make clear decisions.

Week 5 • Build Without Betrayal

Create a business that supports your wellbeing instead of quietly consuming it. We’ll explore pricing, boundaries, capacity, and sustainability so growth doesn’t come at the expense of yourself.

Week 6 • Your Aligned Path Forward

Discover the visibility strategy that fits who you are, build a practical 90-day plan, and leave with a clear path for growing your business long after the program ends.

This might be your next step if…

  • You’ve done a lot of personal growth work, but translating it into your business still feels harder than it “should.”
  • You can show up fully for clients, yet somehow struggle to offer yourself that same clarity, consistency, and support.
  • You’re looking for practical business guidance, but you also know another marketing strategy alone isn’t going to get you where you want to go.
  • You want to build a business that reflects your values, not someone else’s definition of success.
  • You’re willing to be curious about your own patterns instead of treating every setback like a personal failure.

This probably isn’t the right fit if…

The Mandala Path isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. It may not be the right program if you’re looking for:

  • A done-for-you marketing system or guaranteed income formula.
  • High-pressure accountability, hustle culture, or someone to push you through your resistance.
  • A purely mindset-focused program that never gets into the practical work of building a business.
  • A business course that skips the inner work and jumps straight to tactics.
  • Someone to tell you exactly what to do every step of the way.

My goal isn’t to make you dependent on me. It’s to help you become someone you know how to return to when your business asks something difficult of you.

The door stays open.

I don’t expect you to master everything in six weeks.

The Mandala Path is designed to give you a framework you’ll continue returning to as your business grows. If you’d ever like to join a future cohort for a refresher, alumni are always welcome back at a significantly reduced tuition, as space allows.

The goal isn’t to rush through the material, its to keep becoming the person who can build the business you want.

If you’ve been waiting to feel “ready”…

You might be waiting a while. I know you’re not incapable, but building a business has a way of asking things of us that no amount of overthinking ever fully prepares us for. At some point, we stop needing another notebook full of ideas and start needing a different way of showing up for the business we’re trying to build.

That’s what the Mandala Path is designed to help you practice. If you’ve read this far and found yourself quietly nodding, I’d love to have you join us.

The next live cohort starts September 24, 2026.

Six live weekly sessions • Interactive workbook • Lifetime access to the course materials • A small group cohort

About Wendy Faith

I never set out to create a business framework. I was simply trying to answer a question that had followed me through decades of entrepreneurship:

Why is it so much easier to show up for other people than it is to consistently show up for ourselves?

That question eventually became the Mandala Path.

It combines more than 25 years of building businesses, publishing books, studying psychology, coaching entrepreneurs, making plenty of mistakes of my own, and noticing the patterns that seem to show up again and again.

If you’re looking for another business course full of tactics, there are plenty of great ones out there. If you’re looking for a way to build your business without feeling like you have to leave yourself behind in the process, I think you’ll feel at home here.

I’d love to have you join us.

FAQ

Do I need to be a coach?

No. The Mandala Path was designed for service providers and other solopreneurs who build relationships for a living. Coaches, therapists, consultants, creatives, and other helping professionals tend to feel most at home here.

I’ve already done a lot of therapy and personal growth work. Is this different?

Yes. The Mandala Path isn’t therapy, and it isn’t another business course. It’s where those two worlds meet. We’ll explore the internal patterns that show up while you’re building your business, and pair that work with practical business foundations like offers, client conversations, pricing, visibility, and sustainable growth.

Will I leave with practical business tools, or is this mostly mindset?

Definitely practical. You’ll leave with a clear offer, ethical conversation frameworks, visibility strategies, business planning tools, and a practical framework for leading yourself through the moments when building your business gets hard.

What if I miss a live session?

All sessions are recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to the course materials. I encourage people to attend live whenever possible because so much of the learning happens through our conversations together, but I also know life happens.

What if I’m not sure whether this is the right time?

Only you can answer that. If you’ve been waiting until you feel completely confident, completely ready, or completely certain before giving your business more attention… you may be waiting a very long time.

If you’re reading this page and thinking, “This feels uncomfortably familiar,” that’s probably a better indicator.

A note about refunds:

The Mandala Path is a live, small-group experience, and every registration reserves a seat that someone else can’t take.

If you need to cancel, here’s how I handle refunds:

48+ hours before the first session: Full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
During the first week of the program: 50% refund.
After the first week: No refunds.

Life happens. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out.

Still wondering if it’s a good fit?

Feel free to reach out. I’d much rather answer an honest question than have you enroll in a program that isn’t the right next step for you.
